RentalDisputes ("we", "us", "our") is a legal information platform operated from Estonia, European Union. We provide AI-assisted analysis of rental car damage disputes and generate dispute documentation for European consumers.
Important: RentalDisputes is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The information, case assessments, and dispute letters generated by our service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or a lawyer-client relationship. For complex legal matters, we recommend consulting a qualified legal professional in the relevant jurisdiction.
This service uses artificial intelligence to generate dispute letters, case assessments, and related documents. Specifically:
We do not guarantee any particular outcome for your dispute. Case assessments reflect our AI's analysis of the facts and applicable law as presented to us, but actual outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including the rental company's response, the completeness of your documentation, and the interpretation of applicable law by relevant authorities.
Past case results do not guarantee future outcomes. Each case is evaluated on its own merits.
Our pricing is based on a success fee model:
A "successful resolution" is defined as any of the following outcomes achieved with the assistance of our service:
The "amount saved" is calculated as the difference between the original amount claimed and the final amount you pay (if any). Payment of the success fee is due within 14 days of confirmed resolution.
By using our service, you agree to:
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
As a data controller established in the European Union, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. For details on how to exercise these rights, see our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable EU or Estonian law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
